申请obchodonline.cz，pipni.cz空间
无须顶级域名也可以申请。
首先我们要有可以解析的二级域名。
比如比较好的：http://www.changeip.com/
在这里我注册了一个域名：topcool.oCry.com
然后到这个网站 http://obchodonline.cz/
空格填ocry，后面选com
点按钮后，出现：
点最右边按钮，出现一个新页面，是个表格，把红色的带星号的都填上。
然后就等着收信吧，Email里有登陆的详细信息。
按照说明，进入C-PANEL ，添加Subdomain和FTP帐号，两个应该相同。
这时可以用FTP工具登陆验证一下，将你的主页文件上传到相应的设定的那个FTP帐号的目录。
最后，我们到 http://www.changeip.com/default.asp
将你的二级域名指向你收到的Email里的IP地址。

不过这个FTP的速度好像比较慢

Update（2006.08.10）：这个方法在http://obchodonline.cz/好像不行，因为我的帐号被删过，给管理员写过Email，回复的意思就是顶级域名没有绑到他们空间上。
