feedback插件

这个插件可以在后台增加一个的按钮，方便用户提交意见或反馈bug。

下载的压缩文件里有详细的安装说明，需要运行几句SQL语言在数据库里加个表。

管理员可以在网站管理菜单下看到提交的反馈信息。
