IE7 Beta3 下载及安装

Microsoft发布了Internet Explorer 7的Beta3版本。

我自己机子上装的时候总说以及装了IE7，其实我已经把beta2卸载了，

清理了注册表，后来还是在这里下载了一个文件，运行UPDATE.EXE来安装的。
